Gregory M. Bussell

Gregory Bussell practices in the areas of patent application preparation and prosecution. More specifically, Gregory has experience with technologies related to autonomous vehicles, medical devices, electrical components/housings, fluid control systems, computer software/hardware, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and other mechanical and electrical technologies.
Gregory is a registered attorney with the State Bar of Michigan. He earned both a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering summa cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from The University of Detroit Mercy. While attending law school, he served as a Title Editor for The University of Detroit Mercy Law Review and earned academic awards in Patent Law and Legal Research. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Gregory provided patent preparation and prosecution, trademark searches and opinions, and copyright services for a mid-size firm in Michigan. In addition, Gregory worked as a Bar Exam Instructor providing instruction to students across the country for a variety of State Bar Examinations.
