Ninth Circuit affirms judgment and fee award for the firm's client

The Ninth Circuit affirmed the judgment confirming an arbitration award for the firm's client, International Petroleum Products and Additives Company, together with the award of attorneys' fees and costs, and affirmed that the individual respondents were liable as alter egos. The opinion is published, at 115 F.4th 1202.
