Francis (Frank) L. Dunn, Jr. practices in the area of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and trade secrets. As a registered patent attorney, Frank has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting utility patents in electrical, software, and business method fields.

He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2000 and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.

Frank earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University in 1994. He also earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University, in 1998. While at Cleveland-Marshall, Frank was Executive Editor of the Cleveland State University Law Review, and received the Charles Auerbach Memorial Award and the CALI “Excellence For The Future” Award.
