Sunil Colaco
For over 20 years, Sunil Colaco has practiced in the areas of patent preparation, prosecution and opinion work. He has technical expertise in drafting and prosecuting patent applications regarding the electrical, computer science and mechanical arts. For example, he has experience drafting and prosecuting applications involving software, hardware, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, deep neural networks, cloud computing environments, application program interfaces, encryption techniques, network security, connected cars, location-based services, sensing devices, circuits, microprocessors, semiconductors, optics and medical devices. Sunil is admitted to the Ohio state bar. He earned his M.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, in 1987; earned his Bachelor of Law with honors from the University of London, England, in 1998; and earned his Masters in Law (LLM) with honors from Case Western Reserve University in 2002.
