नीचे सूचीबद्ध प्रत्येक पेटेंट की प्राप्ति की प्रक्रिया Amin, Turocy & Watson ने संचालित की — कुल 11,224 पेटेंट। ये 2013 से 2026 के बीच जारी हुए, और प्रत्येक को यहाँ पेटेंट संख्या, शीर्षक और तकनीकी विषय-क्षेत्र के आधार पर खोजा जा सकता है।
दो स्रोत, और दोनों में कोई दोहराव नहीं है। 2014 तक के पेटेंट फर्म की अपनी प्रकाशित सूची से हैं। 2015 से आगे के पेटेंट USPTO की अभिलेखित-अधिवक्ता अनुक्रमणिका से लिए गए हैं। तकनीकी विषय-क्षेत्र उस आविष्कारी CPC कोड के आधार पर निर्धारित किए जाते हैं जो परीक्षक ने प्रत्येक पेटेंट को दिया।
यह न्यूनतम संख्या है, पूर्ण अभिलेख नहीं। जहाँ किसी मुवक्किल ने पेटेंट जारी होने से पहले अभिलेखित अधिवक्ता बदलकर अपना अधिवक्ता नियुक्त कर दिया, वहाँ उस पेटेंट पर मुवक्किल के अधिवक्ता का नाम छपता है और वह पेटेंट यहाँ दिखाई नहीं देता — भले ही उसका कितना भी काम फर्म ने किया हो।
